i mean, for me jade is the manliest and strongest female character among the kid in personality despite being nice and cute.

So, i imagine

In the forest, they found a frog on top of the tree. So jade automatically called and forced Dave to get the frog.

From that day on, Dave forbid her to look up on the tree.
